Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 3819) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 407                                                            
"An Act relating to issuance of commemorative gold rush motor                 
vehicle license plates."

SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 407(FIN) am S                                    
"An Act relating to issuance of commemorative gold rush motor                 
vehicle license plates; and providing for an effective date."                  
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to HB 407, thus adopting SCS HB 407(FIN) am S, and                   
recommended that the members vote no.
